Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn: The item must not show any signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
- Quality issues: Returns are accepted for quality-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, damaged upon arrival, incorrect item shipped).
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@sandclloouds.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive return authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack your return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all original contents, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return: Send your return to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free returns for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you upon return authorization.
Important: If you choose to use your own shipping method rather than our free return label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account).
- Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our refund confirmation:
- First, check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as refund processing times vary.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sandclloouds.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sandclloouds.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a free return and issue a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately at info@sandclloouds.com. We will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- Your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
We process orders quickly, typically within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@sandclloouds.com. Once your order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
